How LeasEquity Works

Option 1: New Construction / Partner Builder Program

Village Green and VG Select have partnered with several premier builders in your area to offer an excellent opportunity to purchase a new home and earn a rebate. We have developed relationships with these builders to assure our residents will receive top-notch service.

Residents enrolled in LeasEquity may visit (after enrolling and contacting VG Select) any of the builder’s new communities to purchase a home and participate in the program. Once they close on their new home they will earn a rebate equal to $10 per $1000 of the base purchase price (does not include upgrades) up to $4,000.

Option 2: Home Purchase / Partner Realtor Program

Village Green and VG Select have partnered with realtors in each region as an alternative opportunity to purchase a home using LeasEquity. Residents who are enrolled and referred to the partner realtor by VG Select may use the realtor’s services to help them find a home anywhere in the realtor’s area. Residents can buy a pre-existing home or a new home of a non-partner builder using the realtor’s services.

The rebate after closing is based on the purchase price of the home. Residents will earn $5 for every $1000 of the purchase price of the home. Maximum rebate is $4,000.
