Terms and Conditions

  1. Resident shall receive the rent rebate by complying with ALL the following:
    1. Resident must contact VG Select at 1-877-VG-SELECT or www.leasequity.com prior to contacting a Partner Builder or Partner Realtor.
    2. Resident provides a copy of this agreement to Partner Builder or Partner Realtor representative at the time Resident first visits the partner Builder's sales office or meets with the partner Realtor.
    3. For NEW CONSTRUCTION ONLY: If Resident is purchasing a home from a Partner Builder, they will forfeit their rebate eligibility if they use a Realtor.
    4. Resident must purchase a home from Partner Builder or Partner Realtor within 12 months of the Resident's final lease expiration.
    5. Resident must notify VG Select (VGS) in writing within 7 days of signing a purchase agreement with Partner Builder or Partner Realtor that said agreement has been signed; thereby authorizing Partner Builder or Partner Realtor to provide VGS with a hard copy of the Land Contract, Construction Agreement, or Purchase Agreement.
    6. Resident must fulfill the terms of his/her lease agreement.
    7. Resident must comply with all their lease obligations during the time they occupied their apartment unit.
    8. Resident pays all rent, fees and other sums pursuant to their lease as and when due.
    9. Resident must comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  2. Programs may be cancelled at any time with or without notice.
  3. Regarding the sale of a home through Partner Builder or a Partner Realtor to Resident, VGS is not acting on behalf of any party with respect to the transaction.
  4. VGS will receive a commission from Partner Builder or Partner Realtor in connection with the sale of a home from Partner Builder or Partner Realtor to Resident.
  5. VGS is not liable for any of Partner Builder or Partner Realtor's acts.
  6. VGS shall not be a party to the Resident's agreement with Partner Builder or Partner Realtor, and shall not be liable if the Partner Builder or Partner Realtor fails to perform any obligations to the Resident.
  7. Partner Builder or Partner Realtor is not a party to this Agreement and is not liable for VGS' acts or omissions.
  8. The LeasEquity Program shall not be used in conjunction with any other Real Estate Incentive Program.
  9. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions listed above may result in forfeiture of any or their entire Resident rebate.
  10. $1,000 maximum to any Maple Street Homes purchase.
